Privacy: what we store
Your email address (it is your login), a scrambled copy of your password, your checklist ticks, ratings you save, and your Winnability Score answers (Yes / Partly / No and a short condition name). Your password is stored only as a salted one-way hash (we can never see it), and email confirmation codes are hashed too and expire in 10 minutes. We do not accept or store medical records, VA letters, or any documents, and we never ask for your VA.gov login. You can delete your account and all saved data at any time from My Claim. Signing up also asks you to confirm the free weekly newsletter; you can unsubscribe from any issue.
